Refund Policy for payment through Razorpay

RETURNS
- π« We do not offer refunds or credits for unused subscription periods, accidental purchases, or any similar reason or event, unless required by law.
- π© Subscription not visible in user's subscribed plans β Customer received a subscription email/SMS, but the subscribed product did not get added to the user account.
- π Wrong Subscription β Customer made the payment for the product, but the subscribed product shown in their Subscribed Plans does not match the one for which the payment was made.
- β³ Product not delivered / Wrong product delivered β If you received a delivery confirmation email/SMS but the product was not delivered or was incorrect, report the issue within 7 days from the confirmation date to investigate.
CANCELLATION
- π« All our services require just one time payment. There are no recurring fees ever! Hence, there is no option to cancel any service. The user can only buy or upgrade a service.
