Refund Policy for payment through Razorpay
Do read the sections carefully to understand the conditions and cases under which returns will be accepted.
RETURNS
We do not offer refunds or credits for unused subscription periods, accidental purchases, or any similar reason or event, unless required by law.
Subscription not visible in user's subscribed plans – Customer received a subscription email/SMS, but the subscribed product did not get added to the user account.
Wrong Subscription – Customer made the payment for the product, but the subscribed product shown in their Subscribed Plans does not match the one for which the payment was made.
Product not delivered / Wrong product delivered – If you received a delivery confirmation email/SMS but the product was not delivered or was incorrect, report the issue within 7 days from the confirmation date to investigate.
CANCELLATION
All our services require just one time payment. There are no recurring fees ever! Hence, there is no option to cancel any service. The user can only buy or upgrade a service.
